Two Forests in Franklin
NZ Forest Sales is proud to bring to the market these two forestry blocks. The first being Olsen Forest located on Workman Road, Mangatangi. With a titled area of 189 ha (more or less), Olsen forest offers a second rotation forest of some 92 ha with age classes from 2011 to 2020 along with virgin native forest and 11.7 ha of grassland with a spectacular elevated building site.The second is Pangani Forest located 10 minutes away near Miranda with a gross title area of 283 ha (more or less). With a NSA of 235.6 ha with a small 3.5 ha of grassland and mature native making up the balance.
There is excellent roading infrastructure throughout both forests with good access directly of public roads.
The Franklin Forests are being sold by Two Stage Tender with the first EOI stage closing 27 May at 12pm, with the option to purchase one or both forests.
