Glencroft Forests - 1 and 2
Glencroft 1, and 2 are located north-west of Whanganui in the Brunswick area.These forests have been carefully managed with high quality tending regimes making them a very attractive proposition.
With a total net stocked area of 182 ha, the forests include Pinus Radiata trees aged 1998 with a small portion of 2010 which have been pruned up to 6.5 meters and are thinned enhancing growth and log quality. Glencroft 1 has a net stocked area of 69.42 ha and Glencroft 2 has a net stocked area of 122.59. They can be bought separately.
These highly uniform, near mature forests boast a strong harvest profile with the majority of the area being ground based harvest which contributes to their low environmental risk.
