Hill Top Forest cutover is located just over one kilometre along Regan Road from the Chaslands Highway In the Chaslands region of Otago.The forest, with its easy terrain and good access, has recently been harvested and would make a great forestry investment or, as an addition to an existing forestry portfolio.
Hilltop Forest has a titled area of 129.35 hectares and a plantable area of approximately 94.2 hectares. The roading infrastructure consists of an arterial road running through the property with numerous tracks leading from it.
